Fee Schedule
All referrals from the Drug and Alcohol Court, DSS, will receive a discount if they are uninsured and submit a financial assistance packet. All insured clients will be charged the going rate of what Medicaid allows and the total price of private insurance. All mandatory services must be paid upfront, and no insurance will be applied. Additional fees will be assessed if a clinician is subpoenaed to appear in court.
We provide a Superbill for clients to submit to their insurance after service. If the client needs help filling out paperwork, we will assist the individual in submitting their claims to their insurance carrier.
We are not accepting cash payments, only debit cards, credit cards, checks, money orders and Medicaid. Payment is received at the time of service.
Clients who were assessed for Domestic/Violence and Substance Abuse must go through a drug screening and complete a financial readiness class and a resume. Each client will receive a Certificate of Completion after attending a court-ordered class.
Currently, we are only accepting fee-for-service (self-pay) clients. Offering superbills/invoices, should you seek reimbursement from your insurance provider. The advantage of a fee for services is that the sole focus is on the client's needs as a priority. Insurance companies require an MH diagnosis.
Unfortunately, One Step At A Time, LLC does not offer refunds for our services unless an overcharge has occurred.
